- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

- Carefully package the item with all original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Items returned after the 30-day refund window.

- Items returned without a valid RA number.
